Our dedicated Talent Transformation Cell connects students to meaningful internship opportunities, offers personalized guidance and supports their growth every step of the way.

What We Offer

Mandatory Summer Internship Program: Every pre-final year B.Tech student participates in a guided internship program during the summer break, as an essential component of their academic curriculum.

Institutional Facilitation & Support: The Talent Transformation Cell actively helps students identify opportunities and provides guidance on applying for internships.

Year-round Professional Exposure: Throughout the year, the Cell organizes industrial visits and guest lectures by experts to foster professional awareness and confidence.

Role of the Talent Transformation Cell

Collaborates with industries, R&D centers, and academic institutions to source internship opportunities.
Guides students in selecting internships that match their academic background and career goals.
Reviews and approves internship proposals submitted by students.
Tracks and monitors student progress during the internship phase.
Coordinates MoUs with industry partners for long-term collaboration.

Types of Internships We Support

Industry-Based Internships: Gain real-world exposure in companies and manufacturing or service organizations relevant to your field of study.
Research Internships: Engage in innovation-driven projects at national labs, academic institutions, or research centres.
Virtual Internships: Participate in structured online internships from reputed organizations.
Technical Training followed by Real-Life Project/ Internship: Build in-demand skills in areas like software development, embedded systems, IoT, etc. through expert-led training, followed by hands-on projects and internships.
Startup & Entrepreneurial Internships: Develop problem-solving and innovation skills by working with dynamic startups.
