The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Academy of Technology (AOT) is a proactive body established to drive and sustain academic and administrative excellence. The IQAC plays a central role in institutionalizing best practices, embedding a culture of continuous quality improvement, and ensuring a learner-centric educational environment. It also reinforces AOT’s founding commitment to academic excellence blended with parental care, positioning the institution as a centre of quality higher education.

Objectives & Core Responsibilities

The IQAC at AOT is committed to the following objectives and responsibilities:

Develop a sustainable system for conscious and continuous improvement across academic and administrative processes.
Promote the internalization of quality culture and the institutionalization of best practices.
Facilitate stakeholder participation through structured feedback mechanisms.
Ensure periodic assessment through Academic and Administrative Audits (AAA) and follow-up actions.
Support faculty development, learner-centric initiatives, and curriculum enhancement.

Quality Assurance Initiatives

IQAC drives institutional quality through:

Defining and monitoring quality benchmarks for key academic and administrative functions.
Supporting the integration of modern teaching-learning methods, digital tools, and innovative pedagogy.
Facilitating Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), seminars, and training sessions.
Encouraging inter-departmental collaboration and aligning with national quality standards.
Maintaining transparency in assessment, evaluation, and decision-making processes.
Creating a robust repository of data and reports that inform strategic planning and improvement.
