At Academy of Technology, we understand that a well-balanced campus life goes beyond academics. Our in-campus hostel facilities provide students with a secure, nurturing, and well-equipped environment that supports both personal and academic development.

Hostel Overview

We provide completely separate hostel buildings for boys and girls, both located well within the secured and bounded walls of the college campus, ensuring safety, comfort, and convenience.

Boys’ Hostel Capacity: 240 students
Girls’ Hostel Capacity: 124 students

Our hostels are equipped with essential amenities, hygienic living conditions, round-the-clock security, and internet connectivity in every room.

Spacious, Well-Ventilated Rooms: Each room is furnished with a bed, study table, chair, and wardrobe to ensure a comfortable living and study experience.
Wi-Fi Connectivity: Internet access in every room for academic use and online learning support.
Nutritious & Hygienic Mess Facility: Student-managed mess serving wholesome vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals in a clean, well-maintained dining hall. Mess membership is mandatory for all hostel residents.
Water Purifiers & Water Coolers: To ensure access to safe drinking water, Aquaguards are installed on every floor. Additionally, water coolers in the dining hall provide cold water.
Common Room: The hostel common room offers a welcoming space for relaxation and recreation. It is equipped with table tennis and carrom boards for indoor games. A television is also available for entertainment, providing students with a way to unwind during their free time.
24×7 Power Backup: Uninterrupted electricity supply to support study and hostel activities.
Medical Support & First Aid: Immediate assistance available within the hostel premises through the Hostel Superintendent, with access to the institute’s own ambulance for emergency hospital transfers.
CCTV & Trained Security Personnel: Round-the-clock monitoring and entry restrictions ensure student safety.
Regular Cleaning & Maintenance: Dedicated staff maintains cleanliness across rooms, washrooms, and common areas through regular cleaning and sanitation schedules.

Intra-Hostel Sports Tournaments: Annual cricket, football and volleyball competitions foster team spirit and healthy competition.

Hostel Administration

To ensure a safe, disciplined, and student-friendly environment, the in-campus hostels at Academy of Technology are managed through a well-defined system:

A resident Hostel Superintendent is present on-site to assist with daily needs and emergencies.
A designated faculty member serves as Hostel Warden, acting as a mentor and guide for the residents.

The overall hostel operations are supervised by the Deputy Registrar (Student Affairs)

Hostel Admission & Rules

Hostel accommodation is available to admitted students based on a first-come-first-served basis.
Application for hostel stay must be made at the time of admission.
All residents must adhere to the hostel rules and regulations, maintain cleanliness, and respect the shared living environment.
Membership in the hostel mess is mandatory for all residents.
