Note

Seat Availability: Hostel seats are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Hostel Admission & Withdrawal:
1. Admissions are permitted only in June and December, subject to seat availability.
2. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
3. No student is allowed to join or leave the hostel mid-semester unless directed by competent authority.
Payment Mode: Hostel rent (₹15,000 for 6 months) is payable in advance by cash or bank draft, in favour of Academy of Technology, payable at Kolkata.

Rules and Guidelines for Fee Payment

Applicable to B. Tech, B. Tech [Lateral] & MCA students

1. Employability Skill Development Tutorial (Mandatory) Applicable for 2023 and 2024 admission batches:

B.Tech (4 Years) – ₹36,000 (₹12,000 each in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd years)
B.Tech (Lateral Entry) – ₹24,000 (₹12,000 each in 2nd and 3rd years)
MCA – ₹12,000 (in 1st year)

Note: Fees for 2025 admission batch will be notified in due course.

2. Arcadia Fees: Fees for Arcadia, the annual cultural festival, must be paid along with the 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th semester fees.

3. Fee Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable, except the Caution Deposit.
Caution Deposit will be refunded only after program completion or upon formal discontinuation of studies.

4. Fee Revision: All fees are subject to revision as per Government of West Bengal directives.

5. GST: GST may be applicable as per prevailing norms of the Government of India.

6. Semester Fee Deadlines & Late Penalty: Semester fees must be paid according to institute notifications. Late payments will attract penalties as per the institute’s policy.
