Established in 2020, the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering at Academy of Technology is dedicated to develop well-rounded engineers with strong foundations in Electrical and Electronics domains. Guided by expert faculty and supported by modern laboratories, students acquire hands-on experience in Control Systems, IoT, Embedded Systems, and Power & Energy, while also developing programming skills in MATLAB, Java, and Python. The department fosters academic excellence and encourages participation in research, technical competitions, and professional societies through its active student chapter. Beyond academics, students are inspired to grow personally through cultural activities, sports, and leadership opportunities, promoting holistic development.
The Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering offers undergraduate program in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with the AICTE sanctioned intake of 60.
The Electrical & Electronics Engineering undergraduate program offers an interdisciplinary curriculum covering key domains such as electrical machines, power systems, analog and digital electronics, control systems, and embedded technologies. The program is designed in line with current industry standards and technological advancements, ensuring a balance of theoretical foundation and practical application. With hands-on laboratory work, real-world projects, and internship opportunities, students are well-prepared for careers in power and energy sectors, electronics design, automation, and advanced research.
