Documents Required at the time of Admission

Admission Documents Checklist – Originals and Photocopies Required

Entrance Examination Documents

Original and one photocopy of Admit Card of WBJEE / JEE (Main) / JECA / JELET.
Original Allotment Letter issued by WBJEE Board along with one photocopy (keep an extra copy for future use).
Rank Card of the respective Joint Entrance Examination.

Academic Documents

For proof of age, 10th Standard Admit Card / Birth Certificate (self-attested photocopies – 2 copies) and original for verification.
10th and 12th Standard Mark Sheets (self-attested photocopies – 2 copies each) and originals for verification.
Diploma Mark Sheet (for Lateral Entry students) – self-attested photocopies (2 copies) and original.
Graduation Mark Sheet (for MCA students) – self-attested photocopies (2 copies) and original.
Self-attested School Leaving / Character Certificate from the Head of the last attended Institution (1 copy).

Identity & Address Proof

Photocopy of Student’s Aadhaar Card.
Guardian’s Address Proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Ration Card / Passport).
Family Income Certificate and Address Proof (documentary evidence).

Additional Requirements

Two stamp-size (2.5 cm × 2 cm) and one passport-size recent colour photographs.
Medical Certificate in the prescribed format (to be provided during physical reporting/ admission).
Eye Specialist Certificate in the prescribed format (to be provided during physical reporting/ admission).
Domicile Certificate signed by the Head of the last attended Institution (WBJEEB Proforma A2 – [Please download from www.wbjeeb.nic.in]).
SC/ST/OBC/EWS certificate from Government official as per regulations.

For MCA Students Only

University Migration/Registration Certificate (original and photocopy).

All photocopies must be self-attested.
Originals must be produced for verification.
Incomplete documents may lead to cancellation of admission.
