Unlike most colleges that start placement training late in the pre-final or final year, AOT takes a proactive, four-year approach. Originating from our TIPS initiative in 2004 (Training for Improvement of Placement Skills), TTC now delivers a structured, integrated, and student-centric transformation journey—designed to equip students with a competitive edge in a dynamic and competitive job market.
