Overview

Equal Opportunities Facilitation Cell (EOFC) of Academy of Technology is committed to creating an inclusive, fair, and supportive academic environment where every student and staff member has equal access to opportunities for growth, learning, and success.

Functions & Responsibilities

  • Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with policies related to equality and non-discrimination.
  • Awareness & Sensitization: Conduct workshops, seminars, and training on diversity, gender sensitivity, and inclusive practices.
  • Grievance Redressal: Facilitate fair and confidential resolution of complaints related to discrimination.
  • Support Services: Provide assistance to students and staff from marginalized communities, including persons with disabilities.
  • Capacity Building: Encourage participation in skill development and leadership programs.

  • Orientation programs for new students and faculty.
