Departmental Laboratories (with area, major hardware & software)
The laboratory facilities of this department is available in the computer centre of the Institute. The computer center consists of eight number sophisticated laboratories equipped with 2 nos Sun Blade Workstations, 279 nos. HP-P-IV/COMPAQ Workstations, following high end servers, latest software, networking advantages with internet connectivity and round the clock on line back up power support.

•    Sun Ultrasparc IIIi with Solaris 10 & Java ES
•    IBM X510 with AIX 5L V 5.3
•    IBM X225-Intel Xeon-2 nos.
•    IBM X226 Intel Xeon(Mail & proxy)

Network
•    100 Mbps wired network within lab.
•    54 Mbps wifi Campus Networking installed by CISCO.
•    1 Mbps Internet connectivity of the whole Campus through leased line and mail & proxy server (24 x 7)
